Using the Notification Bell

A Notification Bell displays throughout Align in the top-right corner of the page. Selecting this icon displays a notification panel that enables admins to receive and read notifications when certain Align events occur, for example, the completion of data loads or configuration reports.

If the notification is for a job or process in Align with an associated downloadable log file, admins can download the file directly from the notification.

Viewing All Notifications

Up to 25 notifications display in the notification panel. Depending on the frequency of Align processes that generate notifications, admins may receive more notifications than this maximum. To view all notifications:

1. Select the Notification Bell icon from anywhere in the Align application.

2. Select View All to display the All Notifications view.

   

From the All Notifications view, admins can delete or mark individual notifications as read. They can also delete or mark notifications as read in bulk using the More Actions menu.
