Features
Assignment Enhancements
Administrators can group multiple field forces together and assign ranks to each field force in the group. This increases efficiency by preventing multiple field forces in the same group from receiving the same account assignment, since accounts assigned to one field force cannot be assigned to a field force of a lower rank in the same group.
Targeting Feedback Enhancements
Editing the Challenge Reasons Picklist
Administrators can add, edit, and disable values of the Challenge Reasons picklist that displays to users when they submit a challenge using Targeting Feedback. This enables more flexibility when configuring Targeting Feedback, since the administrator can tailor this picklist based on the needs of the users submitting the feedback.
User Visible and Behavior Changes
Most new features require some configuration, however users are able to view the following changes immediately:
Targeting Feedback
- Users can sort the Account table in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting the appropriate column header
- The challenge reason now automatically stamps on the account_exclusion_model__aln record to indicate why the assignment was added or removed
- The Feedback Review lifecycle state was removed from the Territory Model lifecycle and should no longer be used nor accessible. It is superseded by the Feedback lifecycle state.
- The namespace of values of the challenge_reason__aln picklist is updated from __aln to __c. This update enables configurable Challenge Reasons and should be noted in downstream systems that export Challenge Reasons from Align.
Territory Assignment
- Users can manually trigger field force MCCP goal recalculations by selecting the Calculate Rollups button from the Gear menu. This enables users relying solely on explicit targeting assignments to calculate and update interaction goals. Updated goals reflect all the way up the hierarchy without needing to launch an assignment preview.
Modeling
- The lock_status__aln field no longer populates when the associated modeling project is set to Approved. This field previously supported a backend process which has been updated to improve performance.
