The following changes are available to all licensed users of Align. Instructions to configure these options are discussed in each topic.

  • Several enhancements were made to the Align Data Loader

    • New user interface broken down in to a three-screen wizard

    New features: 

    Match On: user can decide how to match records—by ID or by any other non-custom External ID field

    Insert Nulls: user can determine how to handle a blank or null value in the CSV file

    Users can now load data without mapping all required fields as was required previously

  • Deleted or Merged Data in CRM—see Align-CRM Integration for more information

    • Align can now process data deleted from or merged from CRM

    CRM integration responds by inactivating the records in Align
