Announcements
Territory Management 2.0 in Align
Align is able to assist the transition from Salesforce’s original Territory Management Salesforce module (TM1.0) to Territory Management 2.0 (TM2.0). All Veeva CRM customers must migrate to TM2.0 before June 2021.

What's New in 20R1.1
The Align 20R1.1 release includes several new features as well as User Visible and Behavior Changes.
Our release notes offer brief, high-level descriptions of enhancements and new features. Configuration is available by selecting the feature name.
New Objects, New Fields, and Map Shape Changes are also included.
Features
Roster Management Enhancements
Functional Profiles group together CRM profiles and permission sets associated with job functions in CRM.
Admins can use functional profiles to automate the assignment of permissions to users in CRM, enabling quick configuration of CRM features for these users.
Functional profiles contain the following components:
- CRM User Profile – Only one CRM profile can be assigned to a functional profile
- Permission Sets – A functional profile can have zero or many permission sets assigned to it
Targeting Feedback Enhancements
Cloning Remove Target Feedback
Remove Target challenges made by users during Targeting Feedback can now be cloned from one MC Cycle to another. Remove Target challenges made in one MC Cycle are retained in the resulting cloned MC Cycle and can be revised via Targeting Feedback.
User Visible and Behavior Changes
Most new features require some configuration, however users are able to view the following changes immediately:
Roster Management
- When creating new roster_member__aln records through the user interface, the Mastered by Align picklist now defaults to Yes if the field is on the page layout.
- Permission sets are now imported from CRM to connected CRM orgs with User Management enabled. Permission sets can be used to create Functional Profiles.
