CRM Integration

Admins editing custom outbound roster member field mappings can now use the CRM Object picklist to specify which CRM object roster_member__aln data should push to. The following values are available:
- User
- Preferences_vod
Map Visualization

Territory maps now display with an updated color palette and with improved performance. When users zoom out in the map, map shapes represent aggregated territories. When users zoom in, map shapes update to represent individual postal codes or bricks.
Users must zoom in to display individual postal codes or bricks in order to display the Transfer Geography modal.
Territory Feedback
Using Location Based Targeting in Territory Feedback via MyInsights
Customers using both Location Based Targeting and MyInsights visualizations in Territory Feedback can access additional information when Location Based Targeting is enabled.
User Management
Align admins can add and remove users from Engage and Engage Connect groups directly in Align. This enables admins working with Align-mastered roster members to manage their users’ group memberships without needing to use both CRM and Align. Managing license membership in Align also ensures users have their Engage licenses automatically revoked when they are inactivated.
Managing CRM User Preferences in Align
In CRM, Preferences_vod records are associated with User records. Preferences_vod records employ Veeva-provided and customer-created business logic to impact how users interact with CRM. For example, the Event_Country_Config_vod field enables admins to define a user’s default country when creating an event, simplifying the event creation process.
