User Visible and Behavior Changes
Map Visualization

Territory maps now display black borders separating bricks and postal codes, as well as thicker black borders separating territories. This improves identifying non-contiguous territories and white space, while also improving the printability and shareability of the territory map.
CRM Integration
Aligning Content in Veeva CRM using Align
Content alignment enables customers to give the right users access to the right Approved Email and CLM content by using content groups, grouping users and content together.
Roster Management
Managing Microsoft Outlook-Enabled Roster Members in Align
Align admins can control whether an Align-mastered roster member should be activated with Veeva CRM’s integration with Microsoft Outlook, avoiding needing to enable this feature in CRM after Align creates the User record.
Integrated Territory Feedback
Updates to the getFeedbackData() MyInsights Method
Customers using MyInsights visualizations in Integrated Territory Feedback can utilize the following additional fields returned by the getFeedbackData() response:
- daysOffCycle – The value of the days_off_cycle__aln field of the associated territory
- territoryCapacity – The value of the territory_capacity__aln field of the associated territory
- cycleCapacity – The value of the cycle_capacity__aln field of the associated territory
- upperUtilizationThreshold – The value of the upper_utilization_threshold__aln field of the associated territory
- lowerUtilizationThreshold – The value of the lower_utilization_threshold__aln field of the associated territory
- overReachedThreshold – The value of the over_reached_threshold__aln field of the associated territory
- underReachedThreshold – The value of the under_reached_threshold__aln field of the associated territory
