Introduction
Several new features are included in Veeva Align 18R2.1. This topic provides a brief explanation of each new feature and explains updates to existing features.
User Visible and Behavior Changes
- General
- Users can now subscribe to system notifications regarding maintenance and downtime using a link on the Align homepage. Veeva recommends subscribing to both the Vault Pod and Align Pod.
- Territory Enhancements
- The Territory Information Bar now displays a date-time stamp to display the last time territory metrics and geography shapes were calculated
- Accounts used in territory metric calculations are now deduplicated at each level in the territory hierarchy
- Align now displays postal code shapes for France on the map and in the Territory Information Panel
Displaying All Roster Members
Align enables administrators to display all roster members, regardless of status, on the Roster Member page. See Displaying All Roster Members for more information.
Custom Align Objects
Align now supports custom objects and allows displaying those objects as a related list or as a tab. See Custom Align Objects for more information.
Prescription Metrics
Align supports the ability to track metrics for both total prescriptions (TRx) and new prescriptions (NRx). See Prescription Metrics for more information.
