User Visible and Behavior Changes
Roster Management
- Clearing an Align-mastered roster member’s manager or designated approver now also clears the corresponding field on the User record in CRM during the next push
- When an Align-mastered roster member is marked as inactive in CRM, Roster Member Territory records are no longer end dated. This enables UserTerritory2Association records in CRM to be easily recreated if the user is reactivated.
Territory Feedback
- Users can now create Add Account challenges against accounts with an Account Exclusion record with a reason of Feedback. This enables users to re-add accounts removed from the territory in previous instances of Territory Feedback.
- The approval_mapping_model__aln object is no longer maintained when refreshing sandbox instances of Align, reducing errors when publishing the refreshed sandbox to production instances. See Managing Align Sandboxes for the complete list of objects excluded from sandbox refreshes.

Territory Feedback
Searching Within a Territory as a Manager
To quickly review and create challenges against specific accounts, managers can use the search bar on the Accounts screen to search within their territory.
Users can quickly review important metrics regarding the number of accounts, targets, and total goals they will have during the next cycle using Territory Feedback Metrics.
These widgets do not require configuration, but the targeting and total goals widgets require an associated Multichannel Cycle Plan to display.
Bulk Challenges in Territory Feedback
To enable users to quickly make the same type of challenge to multiple accounts at once, rather than creating each challenge individually, users can challenge multiple accounts at once using bulk challenges.
